Rabiger writes about Norén’s Drama in the fourth edition of his standard book Directing: Film Techniques and Aesthetics (Focal Press 2007). There he ranks the film as a rare insight into a director/writer’s process of developing a text while working inductively with his excellent actors.

Per Zetterfalks presents “The needs for 3rd cycle in film” at the 1ST SHARE Conference in Helsinki, Finland, on 3 November 2011.
SHARE (Step-change for Higher Arts Research and Education) stands for a major jump forward; a key moment of progress, in the further development of artistic research. SHARE is an international networking project, comprising 39 partners working together on enhancing the ‘3rd cycle’ of arts research and education, and creates a European-wide exchange framework for the widely different experiences, practices and ideas that make up the lively domain of artistic and cultural research.

NORDIC THEATRE STUDIES
Per Zetterfalk’s article “Lars Norén as Stage Director” will be published in Nordic Theatre Studies no 23 2011. NTS is the leading academic journal for theatre scholars writing on all aspects of Nordic and Baltic theatre and for Nordic and Baltic theatre scholars writing on any aspect of theatre.
THE NORDIC FESTIVAL OF CULTURE
Per Zetterfalk presents at the Nordic Festival of Culture 2010 in Reykjavik, Iceland. NORÉN’S DRAMA by Per Zetterfalk is screened and discussed at the cinema Tjarnarbio on 3 November and at the National Theatre of Iceland on 7 November 2010.
